I won the title of Mr. Atlanta Eagle 2009 on April 18th out of a field of seven outstanding local contestants. As Mr. Atlanta Eagle, I will be representing Atlanta’s Leather and Fetish Community at the 31st Annual International Mr. Leather Contest next month in Chicago, Illinois. I will be the first representative to compete in International Mr. Leather from Atlanta since 2002. I moved to Atlanta from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida 4 years ago. Since moving to Atlanta I have been very active in the local leather community. I am currently a member of several leather and fetish organizations dedicated to education and community service, including Panther LL, Inc., as well as the Hotlanta Rubber Group, of which I am one the founding members. I have been active in numerous local community service projects and fundraising efforts over the past several years.

I hold a Masters Degree and Ph.D. and currently work in the field of public health education. My commitment to increasing awareness of critical health and safety issues affecting gay men, particularly young men who have sex with men has extended well beyond my professional life and into my community service and fundraising efforts both in Atlanta and Ft. Lauderdale, my previous home of 20 years.

In my far too limited free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my partner and our dog, hanging out with my club brothers and sisters, and lifting weights at the gym. I have been lifting weights for over 25 years. I enjoy going out and can usually be found wearing a snug pair of black leather chaps and motorcycle boots or slicked-up in rubber gear at the Atlanta Eagle.
